Extracting work from correlated many-body quantum systems

The presence of correlations in the input state a non-interacting many-body quantum system can lead to an increase amount work we extract from it under global unitary processes (ergotropy). present explore such effect on translationally invariant systems relaying Matrix Product Operator formalism define measure how much they are correlated. We observe that thermodynamic limit large number sites, complete extraction be attained for relatively small correlation strength (a reduction 2 factor dB unit). Most importantly appears not associated with (e.g. entanglement) (classical sources), and attainable by only using incoherent ergotropy. As byproduct our analysis also rigorous formulation heuristic typicality argument first formulated [Alicki Fannes, 2013], which gives maximum extractable set many identical asymptotic limit.
